Patrick Ryan Driscoll

Patrick Ryan Driscoll, Ph.D., is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in analytical roles across various sectors. Currently employed at Pave as a Data Scientist since March 2024, Driscoll previously held positions at LinkedIn, where contributions included defining success metrics and launching diversity-focused tools for recruiters. Prior roles also include data science positions at Clover Health, Doximity, Symphony Performance Health, and Yammer, where Driscoll developed predictive models and led major data initiatives. An academic foundation in mathematics was established with a Ph.D. from UC San Diego, complemented by a Bachelor of Science from SUNY Brockport and an Associate of Science from Monroe Community College.
