Robert Regan has a strong background in operations, safety, and compliance, with over 30 years of work experience. Robert has held various roles in transportation and other industries, demonstrating their expertise in managing operations and ensuring safety compliance. From 1982 to 1991, they served as Operations Manager in different companies, including Oakbrook Cleaning Service, DNJ Transportation, Inc., and Jack Freeman Trucking. In 1996, they joined Cardinal Transport as an Assistant Safety Director before starting their own business, RRT, where they owned and operated a small fleet of trucks. In 2001, they became the Vice President of Operations for Major Medical Products before transitioning to Director of Operations and Safety at Donnelly Transportation, Inc. In 2013, Robert joined Safety Compliance Alliance as the Vice President of Operations and Safety, providing consulting services in safety and operations to small business owners. Robert then joined Cardinal Transport, Inc. in 2018, initially serving as the Safety and Logistics Claims Manager before becoming the Director of Safety and Compliance in 2020.
