John Pena (Guru)

John "Guru" Pena has extensive experience in the automotive industry, serving as General Manager at Cardinale Automotive Group since October 2011, overseeing operations at Salinas Mazda Volkswagen. Prior to this role, John held the position of General Manager at Seaside Auto Group, specializing in brands such as Volkswagen, CDJR, Maserati, and Alfa Romeo from April 2018 to August 2020. Additionally, John served as Executive General Manager and Director of Variable Operations at MY Cars Salinas from July 2014 to January 2018. John is also a graduate of the N.A.D.A Dealer Academy, further solidifying expertise in dealership management.
