Yair Manor (Kuszpet) has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1999 as a Software Engineer for the Israeli Defense Force (IDF). In 2003, they moved to Kashya as a Software Engineer, working on driver and low-level development for storage technologies. In 2005, they worked as a Software Engineer and Consultant for both RazTech and the IDF. In 2007, they joined Kidaro as a Software Engineer, working on a desktop virtualization solution which was later acquired by Microsoft. In 2008, they moved to Microsoft as a Senior Software Development Engineer. In 2010, they joined Zerto as a Director of R&D and Developer. In 2017, they co-founded Netonomy, working as VP R&D and providing cybersecurity for IoT and home networks, which was later acquired by Allot Communications. In 2018, they moved to Allot as Director of R&D. In 2020, they became CTO and Co-founder of CardinalOps.
Yair Manor (Kuszpet) received their MBA in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2003 and 2007.
