Erol Andrew Staveley is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in product development and innovation within the B2B learning sector. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Expert Edge since January 2025, Erol is dedicated to building a reliable learning platform for developers. Prior to this role, Erol was the Principal Content Innovation Architect & Product Engineer at Packt, where responsibilities included rapid prototyping and enhancing user experiences. Erol has held various positions at Packt, including Head of Product, where strategic oversight and team expansion were key achievements. Erol's earlier experience includes community moderation for Alchemic Dream.
