Lisa Haas

Lisa Haas, SHRM-CP has a solid work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Lisa started their career in 2003 as a Practice Administrator at Charles D. Callery, M.D., Inc., where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they joined Vetfed Carenet as a Facility Administrator and stayed with the company until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, Lisa worked as the Southern Region Office Manager at Dermatology Specialists, Inc. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Cardiovascular Institute of San Diego, a role they started in August 2021.

Lisa Haas, SHRM-CP, obtained their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from MiraCosta College in 2019. Lisa also holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI). In December 2020, they obtained a mini-MBA certification from IBMI. In June 2021, Lisa obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
