TJ Farnsworth is an accomplished leader in the fertility and healthcare industries, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Fertility Providers Alliance and a Board Member at Cardiovascular Logistics. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Inception Fertility since July 2014, TJ Farnsworth has significantly advanced patient care through a family of brands that includes the Prelude Network, Pathways Fertility, MyEggBank, BUNDL, inspireRx, and HavenCryo.
