Madhav Chandrasekher

Madhav Chandrasekher is a seasoned professional in the field of economics and data science, currently serving as Principal Applied Scientist at Cardlytics since December 2024. Prior to this role, Madhav worked as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer and Applied Economist at Pinterest from September 2020 to April 2024. Madhav's experience includes a fellowship at Insight Data Science, senior economist position at Bates White Economic Consulting, and academic appointments as Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of California, Davis, and Assistant Professor at Arizona State University - W. P. Carey School of Business. Madhav holds a Ph.D in Economics and a Master of Arts in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science with College Honors in Mathematics from the University of Washington.
