Rehman Adil has been in the technology industry for over 20 years. Rehman began their career as a Software Engineer at Vroom Technologies in 2000. Rehman then moved to Align Technology as a Software Engineer in 2001. In 2002, they were a Software Design Engineer at Dedicated IT Systems and a Senior Software Engineer at Adamsoft International. In 2004, they were a Research Engineer at Ericsson, and in 2005 they were a Solution Architect for Ericsson's Unified Communication and IPTV products. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Senior Solutions Architect at Deutsche Telekom UK Limited, where they were responsible for developing B2C/B2B APIs. From 2016 to 2022, they were a Digital Expert and Digital Expert Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where they co-led telco digital business building in EEMA and built a digital mobile operator from the ground up. Rehman is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Cardo Health.
Rehman Adil's education history consists of a Master's degree in Engineering and Management of Information Systems from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, obtained between 2003 and 2004. Rehman also holds certifications from The Open Group (TOGAF 9 Certified Architect, obtained in January 2015), Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Product Owner), and Sun Microsystems (Java Certified Programmer).
