Amber Iskander

Amber Iskander has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Amber began their career at Pearson Education in 2000 as a Human Resources Assistant. After two years, they moved on to Norrell/Spherion where they served as an On-Site Manager from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Spherion as a Recruiter and later transitioned to Volt Services on site at Sallie Mae, where they worked as a Program Manager from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Miller's Health Systems as a Regional Director of Human Resources, a role they held for over ten years until 2017. Currently, they are working at CarDon & Associates, initially as a Senior Director of Human Resources and currently as the Executive Director of Human Resources since November 2018.

Amber Iskander, PHR, SHRM-CP obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. In addition, they have obtained additional certifications such as "Inspire People to Perform" from ADVISA (year not specified) and "Women in Leadership Series" from Purple Ink LLC in 2022.
