Amy Haug, SPHR, MBA, is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at CarDon & Associates since January 2022, Amy previously held leadership positions at Anthem, Inc. as Director of Portfolio Management, and Toyota Advanced Logistics North America as Senior Director of Human Resources. Amy's career includes significant roles at sbe SLS Baha Mar, DePauw University, Morgans Hotel Group, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Park Tudor School, Ernst & Young, and Boehringer Mannheim, where responsibilities ranged from developing HR strategies and overseeing operations to managing international HR services. Amy Haug holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Purdue University and an MBA from Butler University.
