Following this, Joseph attended Valparaiso University School of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctorate degree in Law in 2006. In terms of certifications, Joseph obtained the Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) certification from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB), SCCE & HCCA in March 2012. Joseph also received the Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC) certification from the same institution in June 2018. Joseph further obtained the State Bar of Indiana and the State Bar of Illinois certifications from the Indiana Supreme Court and Illinois Supreme Court, respectively, in 2006 and 2012.
