Kent Rodgers

Kent Rodgers is the current President & CEO at CarDon & Associates. Prior to this, they served as an Elder at Sherwood Oaks Christian Church from July 2020 to June 2022. Kent also served on the Indiana Health Care Association and was a Member Board of Directors and Treasurer at IU Health Bloomington Hospital from January 2014 to February 2018.

Rodgers began their career at CarDon & Associates before moving to Smithville Telephone where they served as the CFO from January 2002 to December 2006. Kent then returned to CarDon & Associates before moving to Geo. S. Olive in January 1996, where they served as a Partner until the company changed its name to Olive LLP in December 2002. Rodgers then moved to BKD, where they served as a Partner from January 1996 to December 2002.

Kent Rodgers attended Eastern Illinois University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Kent then went on to complete an Advanced Management Program at Harvard University, as well as a Leadership & Strategic Impact program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Kent is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Global Management Accountant.
