Zach Cattell

Zachary Cattell currently serves as the Chief Strategy and Legal Officer at CarDon & Associates since April 2022. Prior to this role, Zachary held significant positions at the Indiana Health Care Association from September 2010 to June 2022, including President and General Counsel, where responsibilities encompassed regulatory affairs and reimbursement services. Zachary's legal career includes positions at Krieg DeVault LLP and Baker & Daniels, LLP, focusing on health care regulations and strategic consulting. Experience also extends to legislative advocacy as Director of Government Relations for the Indiana State Medical Association and as a Legislative Director for the Indiana State Department of Health. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
