Wim Ottenhoff has extensive work experience in the field of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Wim is currently working at cards PLM Solutions as a PLM Business Consultant and Team lead CAD/CAM. Prior to this, Wim was the owner of PLM Services at Settels Savenije PLM Services, where they coached and developed a team of professionals with a process-focused approach. Wim also managed daily operations and handled acquisition and development responsibilities.

Before that, Wim worked at VDL Enabling Technologies Group (ETG) as a PLM Project Manager and at Nspyre as a PLM Consultant and Manager of Information Services. At Nspyre, they managed a team of PLM/CAD/CAM professionals and played a crucial role in acquisition, daily operations, and strategic development.

Wim has also worked at Information Services as a PLM Consultant and Manager, where they were responsible for managing a team of PLM/CAD/CAM professionals and overseeing acquisition, daily operations, and strategic development.

Wim began their career at Philips ETG (now VDL ETG) as a Team Lead PDM/CAD/CAM Support, leading a team of CAD/CAM engineers and implementing, maintaining, and supporting CAD/CAM applications in a multi-site environment. Wim also served as an Assistant Manager Heat & Surface Treatment.

Wim's earlier experience includes working as a PLM Consultant at Irmato and as a CAD/CAM Engineer at Philips Machinefabrieken (now VDL ETG).

Wim Ottenhoff obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Inholland University of Applied Sciences between 1981 and 1985. Prior to this, they pursued a Vooropleiding in the field of study at the Koninklijk Conservatorium - Royal Conservatoire from 1979 to 1980. Additionally, they completed their VWO (Atheneum B) at Thorbecke Scholengemeenschap Den Haag from 1972 to 1979.
