Ashley Nelson

Ashley Nelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fraud investigation and customer service. Currently serving as the Fraud Investigations Team Leader at CardWorks since September 2022, Ashley manages a team of investigators to ensure compliance with policies and effectively resolves complex fraud cases. Previous roles include positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Ashley demonstrated skills in account management and compliance, and various customer service roles at companies such as Victoria's Secret and Giles Stewart Insurance Agency. Ashley's educational pursuits include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Southern New Hampshire University, expected to be completed in 2024.
