Erica Berman currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Culture & Corporate Social Responsibility at CardWorks, a position held since August 2017. In addition, Erica is the Founder of Jane Layne Creative, having transformed the event planning company into a brand solutions firm that emphasizes comprehensive consumer experiences. Previously, Erica worked as an Event Planner at 4PM Events from 2008 to 2009. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from The Pennsylvania State University, earned in 2007. With a strong passion for pop culture, Erica excels in sourcing innovative talent and emerging brands to create distinctive experiences.
