Jarod Mallory

Jarod Mallory is an experienced banking and operations professional with a career spanning over 19 years. Currently serving as the Director of Dispute Engagement at CardWorks since January 2022, Jarod previously held key leadership roles at ALLEGENT COMMUNITY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION and Riverset Credit Union, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Digital Banking, focusing on branch operations management and organizational workflow design. Earlier experience includes positions such as Lending and Retail Manager at Hopewell Federal Credit Union, as well as various roles in mortgage lending and sales at Huntington National Bank, Ace Mortgage Funding, and Wells Fargo. Jarod holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
