Carolyn Meagher

Carolyn Meagher is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as VP and Head of People & Talent at Care Access, Carolyn oversees the People & Talent function for approximately 1,000 employees, aiming to position HR as a proactive business partner. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Ascend Learning, where Carolyn drove talent strategies that resulted in 10% year-over-year growth, and Executive Director of Talent Management at AMAG Pharmaceuticals, where Carolyn built a Talent Management Center of Excellence. Carolyn also held significant HR leadership positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific and GE, focusing on talent development and engagement strategies. Carolyn holds a Masters in Human Resources from the Darla Moore School of Business and completed the Modern CHRO Program at Cornell University.
