Varun Mangela

Varun Mangela possesses extensive experience in the healthcare and clinical research sectors, currently serving as Quality Assurance Lead at Care Access since March 2023, after a successful tenure as Quality Assurance Manager. Prior to this, Varun spent over seven years at Mount Sinai Health System, notably as a Senior Clinical Research Associate, where significant achievements included documentation of over 30 Quality Assurance Audits and management of numerous Phase I, II, and III sponsored studies for the MDS/Leukemia program. Varun also has experience as a Clinical Research Assistant at Rutgers University - Newark, where responsibilities included co-managing multiple clinical trials and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Earlier career roles include positions as a Dental Surgeon and Associate Dentist. Education credentials include a Master’s degree in Public Health from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry from V.P. Dental School.
