Aniket Vartak

Aniket Vartak has a varied work experience in the field of data science and research. Aniket is currently employed as the Chief Scientist at care.ai™ since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance data scientist for Data Science Consultants LLC starting in August 2019. From February 2017 to August 2019, Aniket held the position of Lead Data Scientist at HealthGrid, where they worked on leveraging complex medical records to provide insights for the healthcare industry. Before that, they worked at Qualcomm as a Deep Learning Researcher from October 2010 to February 2017 and as a Research Associate from July 2010 to October 2010. Aniket's experience also includes working as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Simulation and Training from January 2007 to June 2010, where they conducted experiments on human physiological reactions to sensory stimuli and performed electrical measurements on human biological systems. Aniket also worked as a Research Assistant at the Machine Learning Lab at the University of Central Florida from December 2002 to 2004, where they implemented and tested machine learning algorithms.

Aniket Vartak completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Mumbai in 2002. Aniket then pursued a Master's degree in Neural Networks at the University of Central Florida, from 2002 to 2004. Following this, they continued their studies at the University of Central Florida and earned a Ph.D. in Affective Computing and Biomedical Signal Processing, which they obtained in 2010.
