Cynthia K. has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. Cynthia is currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at care.ai since March 2023. Prior to this, Cynthia held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at BANYAN from September 2016 to March 2023. At BANYAN, they played a crucial role in product development, new client acquisition, partnership management, and high-profile account support. Cynthia first attended the American Commercial College-Odessa from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained an ADN in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. After gaining valuable experience in the field, they furthered their education at Kansas Wesleyan University from 2000 to 2002, earning a BSN in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Years later, Cynthia pursued their master's degree, attending Research College of Nursing from 2007 to 2010, where they completed their MSN in Nursing. Cynthia's education journey has equipped their with a strong foundation in nursing knowledge and skills across various levels of study.
