Michael Smit

Michael Smit is currently an Advisor for Healthcare Analytics at Care Angel. Prior to this, they were the Chief Commercial Officer at Galileo from April 2020 to April 2021. Michael has also held various positions at Rally Health, including SVP of Employer Market from October 2019 to March 2020, VP of Enterprise Operations from February 2017 to October 2019, and VP of Growth from January 2015 to February 2017. Michael has also been VP of Strategy and Business Development at Keas from July 2014 to January 2015, and VP of Client Development at UnitedHealthcare from December 2008 to July 2014.

Michael Smit has a BS in Actuarial Science from the University of Iowa. Michael is certified from the Society of Actuaries as a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
