Arnaud Charlier

Arnaud Charlier has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Arnaud started their career as an IT Manager at Nicéphore Cité, a start-up incubator, where they focused on improving the company's IT security and setting up an FTP solution for better file sharing and collaboration.

Arnaud then worked as a System Administrator at Web Création, a start-up offering web hosting and design services, where they focused on infrastructure projects and improving database design, automation, and deployment processes.

Arnaud then transitioned to a Senior IT Analyst role at Barnardo's, where they were responsible for systems and network administration in a large datacenter environment. Arnaud also played a key role in replacing and improving firewall and VPN solutions, as well as coordinating disaster recovery efforts.

At BMA, Arnaud worked as an Infrastructure Analyst, researching and managing enterprise architecture solutions driven by business needs. Arnaud also engaged with senior management and vendors to provide recommendations for improvement.

Arnaud then joined Ford Motor Company as an Infrastructure Architect, where they led design discussions, developed hosting strategies, and provided consulting on global programs.

Arnaud then joined The University of Melbourne as a Solution Designer, and Equity Trustees as an Infrastructure Architect, where they focused on architecting disaster recovery plans and migrating infrastructure to new technologies and cloud platforms.

At Dog and Bone Consulting, Arnaud worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant, helping clients develop IT strategies aligned with business objectives and overseeing implementation activities.

Arnaud'smost recent role was at Family Life as an Information and Data Manager, where they led the development and implementation of the organization's ICT strategy.

Currently, Arnaud is working at CARE Australia as the Head of Data and Platforms Performance, where they lead data and platform teams, implements Salesforce CRM and Marketing cloud, leverages data and AI for revenue generation, and manages compliance and cybersecurity risks. Arnaud has also implemented a data warehouse, innovative microlending platform, and payment management strategy at CARE Australia.

Arnaud Charlier completed an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Information Technologies from SUPINFO from 2005 to 2008. Arnaud also obtained a 2-year university degree in Information Technologies from BTS Informatique de Gestion from 2003 to 2005. In terms of certifications, Arnaud received the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in 2020, along with multiple certifications from Coursera and LinkedIn related to data engineering, big data, machine learning, and digital strategy. Arnaud also obtained the TOGAF certification from The Open Group in 2015.
