Rachel Wilcox

Rachel Wilcox is an experienced professional with a diverse background in individual giving and contract management. Currently serving as the Individual Giving Manager at CARE Australia since June 2023, Rachel previously held the role of Campaign Manager at Brotherhood of St Laurence from September 2021 to June 2023 and worked as an Individual Giving Specialist at Berry Street from November 2018 to September 2021. Earlier positions include National Direct Marketing Coordinator at Ronald McDonald House Charities and Contracts Manager at Penguin Random House Australia, where Rachel negotiated and drafted publishing contracts and acquired copyright across Australia and China. Rachel’s career began with roles at Pearson as Contracts Coordinator and at ISIS INNOVATIONS, LLC as Assistant Contracts Coordinator. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Cultural Studies from the University of Sussex, completed in 2010.
