Kim Osborne

Kimberly Osborne has been the Chief Executive Officer of Family Health Network since September 2019. Ms. Osborne is responsible for the direct management of all Senior Managers, the Manager of Information Systems, the Corporate Compliance/Privacy Officer, and the 340B/Credentialing Coordinator. Her ongoing responsibilities include: carrying out policies established by the Board of Directors, presenting to the Board, ensuring fiscal sustainability, monitoring and supervising the Health Center’s business affairs ensuring that the organization is compliant with all state and federal mandates, preparing FHN’s annual plans and initiating a periodic long-term strategic planning process, as well as representing FHN in its relationships with other community-based organizations and health agencies, including but not limited to Care Compass Network and IPA initiatives. Ms. Osborne is also responsible for all legal matters, negotiation and contracting, networking with other agencies, serving as the public voice of Family Health Network, and developing collaborative relationships with other organizations.

Ms. Osborne received her Master’s in Business Administration from Utica College, her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from SUNY Buffalo, and has completed the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York’s Health Leadership Fellowship.
