Chloe Walton

Chloe Walton is an experienced Care Manager at Care Connect Group, overseeing the case management of elderly clients. Prior to this role, Chloe worked as an Occupational Therapist and Rehabilitation Consultant at INTERACT INJURY MANAGEMENT. Chloe also has experience as a Case Manager at the Medical Council of New South Wales and has worked in various roles within the NHS in the UK. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Coventry University.
