Courtney Skivington-Wolf

Courtney Skivington-Wolf serves as Vice President, Network Development and Provider Relations, at both Care Design NY and its managed care affiliate, Partners Health Plan (PHP). As such, Courtney oversees all provider recruitment, retention, and operational activities for both the CCO/Health Home and payer network. Additionally, Courtney is responsible for the Value Based Payment (VBP) strategies for both organizations, as the intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) sector prepares for an eventual transition to managed care.

Prior to joining Care Design NY and PHP, Courtney served as Vice President for Program Administration at a New York State DSRIP PPS, overseeing provider quality performance initiatives. Courtney also directed the Project Management Office (PMO) for the Department of Health’s eMedNY claims system.

Courtney is a registered nurse and holds certifications in LEAN, Microsoft Training, and cardiac nursing. She received a BA in English and a BA in Communications from St. John Fisher College, and a degree in Nursing from Hudson Valley Community College.
