Michael Goode

Michael Goode is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in managing technology needs across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Care Design New York since April 2019, Michael oversees multiple teams, including Help Desk and Project Management Teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Michael held several positions at Groff NetWorks, culminating as IT Service Delivery Manager where responsibilities included managing reactive and project teams, focusing on high performance and customer satisfaction. Earlier experiences include leading a Help Desk team, offering technical support, and working as a personnel services specialist in the US Army. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Cyber-Security from The Sage Colleges and an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from Mildred Elley.
