Allen Fredrick

Allen Fredrick is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in information technology solutions and management. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology Solutions at Twisthink since November 2019, Allen leads and develops the ITS Team, manages the IT budget, and implements strategic IT initiatives, including cybersecurity training. Prior roles include System Admin Lead at Twisthink, where responsibilities encompassed establishing the internal IT department and optimizing technology systems, as well as various positions at Macatawa Bank, where Allen contributed significantly to system administration and network management. Allen's educational background includes a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Sciences, both from Grand Valley State University.
