Judith Aßländer

Judith Aßländer is an experienced professional in systemic organizational development and educational training, currently serving as a trainer and system consultant at Aßländer - systemische Organisationsentwicklung since January 2023. Aßländer has been a board member of CARE Deutschland e.V. since December 2016, contributing to various educational initiatives in the fields of culture, integration, values, identity, and future employment for children and adolescents. Previous roles include serving as a lecturer and trainer, and holding positions at DAHW Deutsche Lepra- und Tuberkulosehilfe e.V., EAL evangelische Jugendhilfe e.V., Radius UG, PRODINGER Verpackung AG, and Velocité Fahrradkurierdienst where Aßländer focused on refugee integration and environmentally friendly packaging solutions.
