Rich Parker

Rich Parker is a seasoned healthcare professional currently serving as a hospice physician at Care Dimensions since August 2020. As the Managing Director of Parker Healthcare Innovations, established in 2015, Rich Parker focuses on aiding healthcare decision-makers in adapting to health reform and transitioning to a capitated payment structure. Additionally, Rich Parker holds roles as an expert witness in hospital corporate negligence and hospice at Soleo Health and has worked as a medical consultant at Arcadia Healthcare Solutions, where Rich Parker served as Chief Medical Officer from June 2015 to July 2023. Prior to that, Rich Parker was the Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer at Beth Israel Deaconess Care Organization from January 2000 to March 2015, overseeing medical expenses and quality measures. Rich Parker obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree in Internal Medicine from the Dartmouth-Brown Program in Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Languages and Civilizations from Harvard University.
