Sourabh Girdhar

Sourabh Girdhar has diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Sourabh is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Care.Fi, where they are responsible for building a full-stack credit-to-commerce platform to address challenges in the healthcare ecosystem. Prior to this, they worked at Gartner as an Engineering Community Ambassador, facilitating group discussions and knowledge sharing on various topics.

Sourabh has also held positions at OLX Autos as an Engineering Lead, where they developed complex Loan Management and Risk Engine systems, resulting in a significant increase in the loan book. At Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., they served as an Engineering Manager and later as a Principal Lead, overseeing app development and introducing microservices architecture.

Sourabh has also worked at Fidelity International, Nomura, Lehman Brothers, and IBM, gaining experience in investment management technology, fixed income technology, business process management, and web application development.

New Delhi, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Computers. In terms of certifications, Sourabh has acquired several including "Introduction to Generative AI" from Google Cloud in 2023 and "IBM certified SOA Associate" from IBM in 2010.
