Ronald Lawson has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, with a focus on financial management, administration, and strategic planning. Ronald has served as the Chief Operating Officer at Care For the Homeless since 2016, where they oversee various operational aspects of the organization. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Finance and Administration at the National Winter Activity Center from 2015 to 2016, where they were responsible for establishing and managing administrative and financial systems. Ronald also worked as a Managing Director at Lawson Consulting Associates from 2009 to 2015, providing consulting services to non-profit organizations. Ronald held the position of Senior Director of Business Affairs at the Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation from 2007 to 2009, where they managed various departments and spearheaded new business development. Before that, they served as the Director of the Northeast Region at 501c Services from 2001 to 2006.

Ronald Lawson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
