Ishan Dulanka

Ishan Dulanka has been working in the customer service industry since 2012. Ishan began their career at SriLankan Airlines Official as an Airport Service Agent. In 2021, they joined Care Hires as a Customer Support Lead and was later promoted to Customer Success Manager.

Ishan Dulanka's education history includes attending OKI International from 2010 to 2011, De Mazenod College from 1998 to 2009, International Aviation Academy (IAA) where they completed an Airport Passenger Handling Foundation Course in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations, National Institute of Business Management (NIBM - Sri Lanka) where they completed a Certificate Course in Computer Hardware and Networking in Computer Hardware Engineering and an Advance Certificate Course in Business Management in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
