Kislay Anand has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kislay started their career as a Guest Relations Officer at Apollo Hospitals in 1995. Kislay then worked as a Duty Manager for Facility Services at Max Healthcare from 2001 to 2008. After that, Kislay served as the Controller of Operations at Sahyadri Hospitals Ltd from 2008 to 2011. Kislay joined Vaatsalya as the Zonal Head for Vaatsalya Hospital in South Karnataka from 2011 to 2013, and later became the Assistant Vice President, responsible for developing operational strategies and implementing organizational procedures. Kislay then moved on to Motherhood Hospital as a Facility Director, where they had P&L responsibility and ensured compliance with corporate guidelines. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Regional Business Head at Apollo Cradle, overseeing the P&L responsibility of the Boutique Mother & Child Hospital in Bangalore. Kislay served as the Chief Operating Officer at Sparsh Hospital from 2017 to 2018. Kislay then joined Hosmat Hospital as the Vice President from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Kislay holds the position of Hospital Chief Operating Officer at CARE Hospitals, Quality CARE India Limited.
Kislay Anand's education history begins in 1987 when they completed their Matriculation degree in English from CMS High School Bhagalpur. Kislay then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, English, and other subjects from TNB College Bhagalpur, which they completed from 1990 to 1994.
In 1994, Kislay attended YMCA New Delhi, where they studied Advertising and obtained a degree in Public Relations & Advertising, completing it in 1995. Following this, they enrolled at the Fore School of Management in New Delhi and pursued an MBA degree in International Business, which they completed from 1998 to 2000.
