Leila Belalia

Leila Belalia serves as the HR Director group at Careion since May 2024, overseeing HR policies for a workforce of 1,300 employees, managing a multidisciplinary HR team, and implementing various HR initiatives. Prior to this role, Leila held the position of Operations Manager at Toba HR Solutions, focusing on automating and streamlining HR processes from September 2018 to May 2024. Leila's experience also includes serving as an Interim HR Manager at Club, where strategic HR leadership was provided for an extensive network of retail establishments, and as the Human Resources Director at Club from September 2013 to July 2016. Earlier career highlights feature consultancy roles in strategic organization, including work with the French Embassy, as well as holding the HR Manager position at Bellerose for over a decade.
