Terri-Ann Rowe

Terri-Ann Rowe is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in managing global HR functions and strategic initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as HR Director for the Global Business Group and International HR Lead at Meta, Terri-Ann successfully led a team of over 40 during a significant global lay-off project impacting 30 locations outside the US. Previously, at Facebook, Terri-Ann held roles including HR Director for Biz EMEA, where leadership involved scaling HR support for approximately 1,800 clients, and served as a Global HR Business Partner. Other notable positions include HR Manager roles at GE Capital, Warner Bros. Entertainment, and Creative Artists Agency, where Terri-Ann managed diverse client populations and developed HR strategies. Educational credentials include a PGDip in Human Resource Development from London Metropolitan University and a BSc in Business Studies and Business Computing from the University of Surrey.
