Dean Carlson

Dean Carlson, MSM, SHRM-SCP is a seasoned senior learning and development executive with extensive experience at Care New England since 2002, currently serving as Senior Director of Organizational Development. Dean has held various senior human resources leadership roles within the organization, including responsibilities for Kent Hospital and the transformation of HR practices to support strategic organizational goals. Prior experience includes an Administrative Supervisor position at The Key Program, Inc. and a Sales Associate role at Sears, Roebuck and Co. Dean holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Organizational Development from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Justice Studies from Rhode Island College.
