Greg Sofios

Greg Sofios is an experienced professional in the field of learning management and training, currently serving as an Online Learning Administrator at Care New England since November 2020. In this role, Greg collaborates with the Enterprise LMS Administrator to enhance the functionality of the HealthStream Learning Management System, while implementing and administering Web-Based Training technologies. Prior experience includes positions at Waters Corporation as a Systems Content Specialist, where Greg supported learning management and collaboration systems, and at SWAROVSKI, where responsibilities ranged from Local Trainer and LMS Administrator to Operations Specialist and Customer Relations Specialist. Greg began a career in operations and customer service at Racecar Jewelry Co., Crimzon Rose International, and Zoots Dry Cleaners, where foundational skills in project management and training development were established. Greg holds a degree in Organizational Communications from Providence College, obtained in 2012.
