John Patriarca

John Patriarca has extensive experience in technical support and application analysis within the healthcare sector, currently serving as the EPIC Ambulatory Application Analyst at Care New England since April 2006. In this role, John coordinates technical projects, manages upgrades, and addresses issues related to various systems such as Remote Patient Monitoring and video consultations. Prior to this position, John worked as a Senior Hardware Technician at CVS Health and as an EPIC Analyst at IKON Office Solutions.
