Randy Platt

Co-founder, Chairman and CEO at Care Partners At Home

Randy Platt is a healthcare leader with a diverse range of experience. In 1997, they served as the Corporate Vice President at Healthsouth Corporation, managing the Occupational Health Division with revenues exceeding $140M. From 1999 to 2005, they were the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at U.S. HealthWorks, where they directed operations of the integrated physician occupational health and rehabilitation provider. In 2005, Platt became the Senior Vice President/COO at National Healing Corporation, a national contract management service provider of integrated Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine facilities. Randy joined SeniorServ as the Chief Executive Officer in 2008, overseeing the agency's social services and nutrition initiatives for older Americans. From 2010 to 2016, Platt served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Silverado Care, responsible for hospice and at-home services. In 2016, they co-founded Care Partners At Home and its parent company, Post-Acute Care Partners Inc., where they currently serve as the Co-Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer. Platt's experience also includes their roles as the Chairman and CEO at Global Transitional Care and Personalized Senior Placement, both integrated within the Care Partners delivery model.

Randy Platt completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from California State University, Long Beach, from 1984 to 2006. Randy focused on the field of Health/Health Care Administration/Management during their studies. Additionally, in July 2016, they attained the certification of Certified Administrator - Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE/ AL) from the CA Department of Social Services (CA DSS).
