Hannah Sturland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, mental health advocacy, and procurement. Currently serving as the Deputy Director for Employee Voice, Wellbeing and Inclusion, and Deputy Director of Mental Health Act Operations at the Care Quality Commission since January 2020, Hannah also founded and directs The Mental Health Community, focused on fostering mental health inclusive businesses. Previous roles include Project Manager at both Devon and Cornwall Police and the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office, where significant project scopes and budgets were managed. Hannah's educational background includes an ILM Leadership Level 7 certification and a Bachelor's degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Southampton.
