Jay Wallace

Jay Wallace is an experienced communications and engagement manager specializing in transformation within healthcare settings. Currently serving at the Care Quality Commission since November 2020, Jay leads internal and external communications to facilitate organization-wide transformation aligned with strategic goals. Previously, as Transformation Engagement Senior Advisor at City & Hackney Integrated Care Partnership/Healthwatch Hackney, Jay developed strategic campaigns and engaged the public in governance to enhance health and social care services. In a prior role as Contract Manager at Hammersmith & Fulham, Ealing & Hounslow Mind, Jay managed a co-production project aimed at improving mental health services through direct collaboration with service users and healthcare providers. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Master of Science in Psychiatric/Mental Health Sciences from UCL.
