Sarah Latham

Sarah Latham possesses extensive experience in community nursing and healthcare leadership. Currently serving as Head of Nursing for Community Nursing Services at HCRG since April 2025, Sarah also holds the position of Head of Nursing for Primary and Community Services at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust since February 2018, where initiatives focus on integrated care networking. Additionally, Sarah has served as a Specialist Advisor at the Care Quality Commission since December 2015, providing operational and clinical leadership within community nursing. Past roles include Head of Nursing at Swindon Community Health Services, Community Nursing Development Lead at NHS England, and Community Matron at SEQOL and Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Sarah's educational background includes degrees in District Nursing and Psychology from Cheltenham and Gloucester University and Brighton University, respectively.
