Nichole Roberts

Nichole Roberts has a diverse work experience starting from 2005 to the present. Nichole began their career as a Transitional Care Unit Admissions Coordinator at Jamaica Medical Center Hospital. Nichole then worked as a Local Coordinator at Academic Year in America. Following that, they joined Care Resource as an Accreditation and Credentialing Associate, where they coordinated agency departments' preparation for accreditation visits and ensured compliance with quality standards. Afterwards, they worked at Drug Free Youth In Town as an Evaluation & Quality Improvement Manager. Their responsibilities included implementing policies and procedures, developing reports based on grant specifications, and overseeing program information. Nichole then returned to Care Resource, where they served as a Quality Assurance Services Manager and later became the Director of Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement. In their roles, they focused on maintaining and improving quality standards. Lastly, they worked at Nan McKay and Associates as a Case Management Manager, monitoring production, quality control, and data integrity of transactions completed by the Case Management Team.
