Jason Tank

Jason Tank is currently the Chief Operating Officer at CARE Resource Connection, where he focuses on implementing change management to improve employee retention, team unity, and productivity. Previously, he has held positions such as Director of Rehab at HealthPRO Heritage and Director of Service Line Development at Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities. With a background in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of South Dakota, and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the same institution, Jason has a strong foundation in healthcare leadership and operations. His experience includes overseeing day-to-day operations in various healthcare settings and implementing innovative solutions to drive success.
