Jessica Walker

Jessica Walker has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jessica is currently the Founder & CEO of Care Sherpa, a company that specializes in guiding healthcare systems and providers to revenue actualization through process management and proprietary software. Prior to this, they worked at Press Ganey as a Regional Director Engagement from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they served as the Head of Development at Clariture, where they led the product strategy and vision of the Digital Marketing Lead Generation and Lead Management CRM product roadmap. Additionally, they led the team of Growth Consultants responsible for new business generation. From 2011 to 2015, Jessica was the Vice President Client Strategy at Influence Health, where they provided executive partnership with select clients and offered external thought leadership. Jessica also served as the Vice President Predict Client Services, leading the Client Service team to maximize business impact and ROI for healthcare clients. Earlier in their career, Jessica worked as a Healthcare Process Manager at The Gallup Organization, where they consulted with healthcare executives on patient and employee engagement impact and managed Gallup's Patient Engagement survey research. Jessica also led the overhaul of a real-time reporting patient engagement platform.

Jessica Walker obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from Western Michigan University in 2005. Jessica later pursued a Master's degree in Communication with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, completing it in 2017. In addition to their educational background, Jessica also obtained a certification in Professional Human Resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute in January 2010.
