Kelly van Cleave

Kelly Van Cleave, LCSW, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Service at Care Solace, holding various leadership roles since February 2020, including Vice President of Care Coordination and Executive Director of Care Coordination. Prior to this, Kelly worked at Solutions for Change from August 2014 to February 2020, where responsibilities included Vice President of Programs and Program Director. Previous experience includes positions at the North County Transit District as Transportation Coordinator, an intern role at Pathways LA, and a Graduate Assistant position at the University of Southern California. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Saint Louis University.
