Jon Bicknell

Jon Bicknell is an experienced professional in the food and services industry, currently serving as the Food and Services and Procurement Director at Care UK since July 2014, leading efforts to enhance hospitality standards in residential care. From May 2011 to June 2014, Jon worked as a Senior Project Manager at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG), where diverse projects included improving logistics for major brands such as Pets at Home and Halfords. Prior to ITG, Jon held the position of Managing Director at Thinking Food Ltd, providing consultancy services across various food sectors. Jon has also served as Director at AE Becketts, managed logistics for Sainsbury’s at St Ives Plc, and was the Head of Food at Punch Pub Company. Jon began a career in the industry as a Senior Catering Development Manager at Allied Breweries/Domecq, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to operations and management in food services.
